IDrylAiActivityService

Coordinates AiState across DRYL components keyed by operation, so a single AI flow can light up every surface that belongs to it. Patterned after the other DRYL services (dialog, toast, notification): registered as scoped (one per Blazor circuit) via <c>AddDrylComponents()</c>.
