Collapses a run of agent tool calls into one quiet, gently-pulsing summary row instead of a heavy stack of cards. While a call runs it live-tickers the active tool name; once the run settles it reads "N tool calls · Done". The row expands via a grid-rows disclosure to the individual DrylToolCall cards, and auto-expands when a tool errors. DrylAgentToolCalls feeds one from an agent run automatically.
