DrylTooltip
A hover and focus tooltip that wraps any trigger element. The bubble opens as a
thread: a line grows out of the trigger and the bubble unfolds from its tip.
Four placements: Top (default), Bottom,
Left, Right. Delay holds the bubble back
until the pointer rests.

Delay
Delay waits before the first bubble opens. While a bubble is open, the next trigger skips its delay and the bubble glides there.
Move the pointer slowly along the toolbar: the first bubble waits 500 ms, then it glides from button to button without waiting again.
Icon-only Buttons (Regel 2.9)
By DRYL convention every icon-only button needs an AriaLabel and a DrylTooltip.
